Young equestrians come from the United States, Bermuda, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean Islands to vie for team and individual FEI medals in the three Olympic equestrian disciplines of Show Jumping, Dressage, Eventing and the FEI World Equestrian Games disciplines of Reining, Endurance and Vaulting. Endurance, which was added in 2011 as a championship, offers an FEI championship for Young Riders. The competition is run under rules of the FEI (Federation Equestre Internationale), the international governing body for equestrian sport, and is the only FEI championship held annually on this continent.

Hi Catherine,
That is WONDERFUL news! I have copied both the riders, Lee Hutten and Emma Webb, as well as their parents and the rest of the OCTRA executive.
We are very grateful for OEF support of our young endurance riders!

Good morning Nancy ,
I wanted to confirm that the OEF will once again be providing financial support to the young/junior riders from Ontario participating in the NAJYR Championships with funding entries and stabling. We understand there are two endurance riders participating and the amount provided per rider will be $563.00.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Catherine

| From my understanding, all three of our Canadian juniors are still in the race being held in Kentucky right now. Apparently Jessica Yavis is running in second place! |
